- Finance Administration of the AJIPT is both academic and formative, that is, a community of study, research and formation. The formative aspect, however, is only within the context of the academic task. The real seminary dimension with formative task takes place in the respective seminary communities or formation houses from which the students come. Financial Administration is consonant with the instruction on the application of the rules that calls for a clear distinction between seminary with formative task and institute with academic task.
Each of the two, that is, the Institute and the Seminary financial administrations, are independent.

Finance Officer
The Financial Officer is nominated by the Moderator upon proposal of the Council of the Institute.
The term of his/her service is not fixed but subject to the evaluation by the Council of the Institute.
