Degree in Theology in AJIPT offers two awards: Baccalaureate Degrees and special Diploma in Theology. The Baccalaureate degrees are in Philosophy and Theology. The special Diploma in theology is granted at the end of the ministerial year. The baccalaureate degrees are conferred by the authority of the Holy See, through the affiliating faculties of the Pontifical Urbaniana University (PUU).


Baccalaureate Degree in Theology

      1. The academic degree of the first cycle conferred on the graduands of the Apostles of Jesus Institute Department of Theology (AJITD) is the S.T.B.
      2. The Baccalaureate in Theology is conferred upon those students who were properly enrolled into the program fulfilling all the admission requirements, including the previously completed philosophical studies, successfully completed the three-year coursework obtaining 218 (two hundred and eighteen) ECTS credits, passed the comprehensive examinations, and submitted the long essay.
      3. The total number of ECTS credits required for graduation with the Degree is 240 (two hundred and forty).
      4. The detailed requirements for obtaining the degree are laid down in title IX of the Programme of Studies in this statute.
