The Council of the Institute

Council of the Institute; it is composed of the Director as presider, the HoDs, all the permanent teachers and representatives of non-permanent teachers. Rector(s) of the seminaries, and the representatives of the students.

The roles of the Council of the Institute:

1. 1. 1. To collaborate with the Director in guiding the Institute;
      2. To help the Director to look for all that concern the appropriate and efficacious program of studies;
      3. To evaluate the eligibility of teachers in order to present them to the Moderator for nomination;
      4. To present the names of permanent teachers elected for the nomination of the Director;
      5. To examine and decide particular cases for the admission and dismissal of students;
      6. To bring together the Heads of Departments with other elected members of the staff, for determining the policy and reaching decisions pertaining to the wellbeing and development of the academic affairs of AJIPT.
